When you place an order, you have the option to approve or decline any item based on the following criteria:

For POR (Price On Request) items, no price is given as these items' have costs that change frequently. All POR items must be approved or declined before the order can be processed. After you purchase an item marked as POR, an email is sent (usually within one hour of your order being placed) giving you the current price for the item. At this time you have to power to ACCEPT the item or DECLINE it before incurring any charges on your account. No orders will be processed on POR items without your prior approval.

For items you need by a specific date, you have the option to enter the date you need the item by during the order process. An email will be sent (usually within 1 hour of your order being placed) letting you know if we can NOT meet the required ship date for any item on your order. If we can meet the required ship date on all items, your order will be processed like a standard transaction without further notification. If we can not meet the required date specified on your order we will contact you by email or phone and provide you with the best possible ship date for the items in question. At this point you have the power to ACCEPT or DECLINE these items before incurring any charges on your account.
