When you place an order, you have the option to approve or decline
any item based on the following criteria:
- For POR (Price On Request) items, no price is given as these
items' prices change frequently. ALL POR items must be approved or
declined. An email is sent (usually within one hour of your order being
placed) giving you the actual item price and asking you if you want to ACCEPT the item or DECLINE it.
With a simple email reply, you can make this important decision before
charges are assessed.
- For items you need by a specific date, you have the option to
enter the date you need the item by. When you do this, an email will be sent
(usually within 1 hour of your order being placed) telling you if current stock
on hand will allow for your desired delivery date. Again, you have the power at this
point to ACCEPT or DECLINE the item before incurring any charges!
