Made from a combination of pleated media and fiberglass layers, coalescer elements are capable of flow rates of up to 120 GPM/element and water removal down to 5 parts per million. Depending on the application, Fluitek offers coalescer elements in several grades with filtration efficiencies ranging from 0.5 to 25 micron. The accompanying element to the coalescer is the separator element which is available in replaceable as well as permanent types with a 10-125 micron selectivity.

The coalescer and separator elements are used in filter/separator housings and are available for commercial, military and American Petroleum Institute (API) specifications.
